Delivery and Assembly

Delivery

Your goods can be collected directly from Strawberry Kids furniture Store or sent to you via courier or furniture delivery company (depending on size & weight of items ordered)

Please allow us up to 5 working days to process your transaction and to receive the goods.Delivery times quoted are subject to availability. If in the unlikely event that a product is out of stock or delayed we will contact you within 36 hours. Payment will not be processed until the product is ready for delivery.

Most goods shipped will be flat packed unless prior arrangement has been made.

International Delivery

We offer an international delivery service, in which the delivery charges are calculated on an order by order basis.All delivery charges will be quoted to you via email, and require a reply confirmation email before your order will be processed. Please note that we have no control over the customs fees your country may place on items entering your country. Please check with your customs authorities before placing you order with us to find out if you may have to pay additional customs fees.

Assembly

Your safety is important to us and wherever possible we will endeavour to draw your attention to safety precautions and to flag any relevant issues relating to safety. To this end we provide assembly & safety manuals where applicable.

We must point out that safety, care and maintenance of the items purchased are ultimately the responsibility of the user/owner and that common sense should be applied when enjoying, using and maintaining etc. any items purchased from Strawberry Kids.

You are strongly advised to read and understand all user manuals contained with the items sold on Strawberry Kids thoroughly before use.
